                                               preview at our Faith Formation Parent Night or upon request.

               October 16^th  Teen Safe Environment Lesson during Teen Ministry

               October 19^th  PreK-8^th Grade Safe Environment Lesson during
                                                            Wednesday’s Faith Formation Class

                                                 Required for Youth Serving in Ministry 

Minors serving in ministries (e.g., altar servers, aides in classrooms/religious education, ushers, lectors, choir, etc.) are an important part of service within the diocese and must attend an age/grade appropriate Safe Environment Educational session annually.

Youth Acknowledgement forms may be picked up, completed, and returned in the stacked trays above the youth alb cabinet between Monica and Mark’s offices or you can print the form here and return it to church in the tray marked completed form. Thank you!
