St. Bridget's Garden Prayer walk
Treat yourself to a unique experience & enjoy the quiet peace
of St. Bridget's Prayer Garden at the Spirituality Center.
Our new Spiritual Life Ministry has created a self-guided Garden Prayer Walk. The Walk begins at the well and follows the themes taken from the five prayer stones which are placed at St. Bridget’s Garden in Kildare, Ireland to communicate the charisms of Bridget for today’s world. The children and catechists of St. Bridget Church in Mesa have created our own mosaic prayer stones symbolizing the message of St. Bridget.
The Garden will be open weekdays after daily mass until noon, throughout the Easter Season, coinciding with Weekly Reflections on Pope Francis’ encyclical, Laudato Si’, On Care for our Common Home, appearing in our Sunday bulletins throughout the Easter Season and can be found here on our website.
You are invited to spend a little time at the beginning of the day to pray, walk, read, or to just be silent and enjoy the beauty of nature. It is a nurturing way to grow in the charisms of St. Bridget, particularly her gift of healing love and care for the earth.
